Viper Custom HO Routed Slot Car Track – Builder’s Kit

All Viper Builder’s Kits (excluding PR and Turnkey tracks) are designed for racers who want a true custom track experience and are willing to build it themselves. Every Builder’s Kit is exactly that—a kit. You are responsible for assembly, finishing, and final setup. We provide the precision components required to construct the race surface itself, along with detailed YouTube video instructions to guide you through the process.

This is not a turnkey or plug-and-play track system.

Viper supplies the CNC-routed track sections and all rail-installation components needed to build the routed track portion only. The customer is responsible for building a table or base, wiring the track, selecting and wiring controllers, choosing a power supply, and completing final electrical setup. This approach allows for maximum performance, and long-term serviceability—without the compromises of mass-produced systems.

Each Builder’s Kit includes the core components required to build a professional-grade HO routed slot car track:

  Precision-cut and ready for rail installation

• Custom Slot Car Rail (Coils)
  Engineered specifically for Viper routed tracks

• Heavy-Gauge Lock Wire
  Red, white, blue, and yellow (standard 4-lane colors)

• Copper Power T Taps
  Pre-terminated with 3 mm gold-plated bullet connectors

• T-Jumpers
  For consistent power transfer between sections

• V-Locks
  Mechanical alignment and locking system used to join track sections together

• CNC-Routed Bridge Base & Support System (ABC system) 

• Zap-A-Gap Medium CA Glue (1 oz)

  For cleanly trimming excess rail
